Hi, They are a relaxed fit, wide leg. While they are pretty true to size I often wear size 10 bottoms and they fit me fine so I would say generous x

Hi Anne, sorry for the late reply. Waist - 70cm, Hip (tricky to measure as they consistently flare, measured at 7 inches down from waist) - 96cm, Rise - 29cm. Dryclean only
