Wore this maybe a handful of times - it is quite a large fit - I'm a size 8 typically but this is size 4 and fits perfectly. The buckle is a really nice gold colour that's not too harsh and dress has the braiding detail. Last image for real colour.

Yes, absolutely would fit a small 10! The dress itself is a baggy fit so it's just the belt that pulls it together, which is easy to tie in different ways like shown in that second photo

Cuff is about 8cm wide just naturally so not too tight. The model has the elastic out but I found it much comfier having it in and it billows the sleeves a bit more when its in
