Blue print jacket with zip-up front. I bought this in New York in 2018 from a buyer who sourced designers collections from around the world, this piece is by a Vietnamese designer, Quang Nhat. It's a neoprene fabric. The piece is called QuangNhat Scuba Print, it was a limited edition collection with 9 made world wide. I've worn it a few times but it's still in very good condition.
