Could you measure across chest underarm to underarm and shoulders please. I have this in a 14 and adore it but it’s too big - wondering if I could manage a 10 or need a 12

Underarm approx. 51cm Shoulder approx. 46cms, is stretchy. I am a 14 & can fit
