LeDore Stacey Peony Dress

LeDore Stacey peony dress with tie waist. I bought a 12 as am normally a 10-12 in dresses. However as shown in picture the tie was too short for my waist. I think this will best fit an 8-10. Only worn 2x once for a high tea and once for a gender reveal and dry cleaned. However, I think I had spotted a small hole near sleeve before which I now cannot seem to see or spot. The dress also needs a steam as sat cramped in my closet :(
