I bought this new with tags. I've worn once. The odd pull in the fabric but otherwise good. The fabric is delicate as described on the tags pictured. Pics show the pulls. Great dress for the races and up and coming summer. Definitely a 14. I'm a 12 and slightly too big on me. I've the original tags and bag for this dress.
