They are leather upper and leather lined as per description. (I have added a photo to listing of inside of shoe showing).

Hi. I guess depends on your foot shape and where it is wide. I would consider my own foot standard width and they fit snuggly but I am able to put a finger down between the side of the shoe and my arch. They are leather upper and leather lined so will give/stretch a little.
