Rare find from iconic designer label Sandra Steiner. The breathable knit in deep merlot/red has both texture and drape, while scalloped trims and oversized black fabric-covered buttons add retro flair. Fold-over sailor-style collar with scalloped trim in all hems/cuffs, and collar. A beautifully made piece from the late '80s or early '90s, in excellent vintage condition. Sandra Steiner was active in the NZ boutique design scene during this period, known for upscale knitwear and natural fibres.
