Gorgeous piece. Lovely and warm, 60% wool and fully lined. Can be worn open or closed with the three large buttons done up. Looks like a cape but it has parts for the arms too so it always sits correctly. I've had many compliments wearing this over dress or with jeans and heels. Will fit a 10-16.
