I wouldn’t say so? It has adjustable straps? It could fit a 10 or 12 in my opinion? I just bought a 12 for the length but I’ve never worn it

It sits like the model on me! I think it’s a good length! I bought the size 12 as I wanted it longer and it’s good too you can adjust the straps. I just never wore it. It’s still got its tags on! X
