New with tags! This is a sample, I have included two small marks that were there when I purchased: tiny mark on the front and then a small pink dot on the buttons on the side. The buttons are functional on the sides! I am a size 6 and the top part fits me, but not the skirt part which is too large. Absolutely love the dress though, so cute for summer or a hens.
