Bought in Paris. Great condition, so beautiful and soft, just too small for me now. Best fit 10-12 depending on desired fit (slightly roomy on a 10, more fitted on a 12). There is a small hole on the inside lining of one pocket (obviously not visible and v easily fixed I just don't sew). There are belt loops at the side of the waist but no tie belt included.
