Strikingly elegant and versatile dress by Moochi that can be worn with an asymmetrical hem, as seen in pic 4, or string a tie through the loop to create a unique effect, as seen in the other pics. Unfortunately I can't find the original tie but could wear with any tie as long as it's thin enough to fit through the loop. Size 14 on tag, would also suit a 10 or 12 depending on the fit you want. In excellent condition, I actually never got around to wearing it.
