Hey when you took this in Was it done in a permanent way or can it be undone? If not would it fit a 10 with a big bust?

It was done by a professional seamstress, I’m not sure if it could be reversed sorry! I’ve tried to measure the bust which is quite difficult because it may give when on, but is measuring approx 86cm -87cm round the bust x
