Great condition authentic 3.1 Phillip Lim pants. The fabric is a beautiful 100% wool twill, very good quality, warm while being lightweight. The cut of these pants is so good, they are super flattering. The only reason I'm selling these is because I no longer fit them. There is some very slight pilling on the fabric in places but it's not noticeable and you could remove with an electric de-piller or fine pair of scissors. Price reflects this.
