It is a tricky measurement to do as there is no shoulder seam the sleeves join to the collar . I have added images to show the measurements below ... If I guestimate where the shoulders would sit I think it is about 70cm. Underarm seam to underarm seam ( when laying flat) measures 57cm Arm length from collar to cuff is 78cm. I hope that helps.
