Brand new & never won Elina Navy Dress brought from City Chic Size S (in City Chic sizing) would fit a 16-18. Can find measurements online. Selling as I brought it for a wedding online but it was sadly too big for me and I had already taken the tags off. It is beautiful quality and is the most gorgeous dress. I brought it for $239.99 full price so am hoping to get my $$ back but am willing to negotiate.
