Yes easily, I am a 12. On a 10 it will be longer in length which I think will be much nicer.

Is the slip/lining sewn in, or removable?

There isn’t a slip or lining, the fabric weave is tighter making the length to just under bottom not see through. From below bottom the weave is different and see through.
