Made by UK brand Whistles (not the farmers brand) from 100% silk. I’d say late 80s in era but could be early 90s. Similar in style to recent skirts from Ruby, Dissh, Aje + more. No size tag, shown on size 6 mannequin pinned to fit. Best fits 10-14 although could fit bigger (or smaller if worn on hips) Waist 68cm (27 inches), stretches to 122cm (48 inches) Hips approx 122cm Length 85cm Overall great condition but a small rip at the back hem as pictured, kind of hides in all the fabric though, as well as a pinhole on the front as pictured.
