Gorgeous midi dress with shirred bodice, full flowy skirt and balloon sleeves with frill at the elbow. Vibrant floral in pink and turquoise inspired by Liberty pattern. Ruby & Rain is a small boutique plus size NZ brand, and their stuff is hard to come by. Loved being able to get my hands on this but have only worn it a handful of times. Dress is size XS which is size 16, but could easily fit a 14 because of the stretchy bodice.
