Vintage 1980’s black velvet bolero with satin trim. Cropped length with shoulder pads and gathering at the shoulders, looks super cute over a dress. One small mark on front as shown looks like it may have had a button there previously. Size 40 on label, 100% cotton velvet, made in West Germany so definitely an original from the 80’s.
