Very cute black and green floral quilted coat. Lightly padded, so perfect for in between seasons! Two front patch pockets, button up style with hood. Inner is plain black. I would say it is shower proof. No brand, may be home sewn. Nicely constructed through, very tidy. Re sixing, I would say up to 14.
