Hi there, no I haven’t noticed any shrinkage. I’ve always washed it delicately in cold water and eased it back into shape while wet, and then laid flat to dry.

It’s 32% alpaca, 32% wool, 30% polyamide and 6% spandex according to the tag :) and yes would fit a size 8 - I’m normally an 8 and it fits me perfectly
