Valentina Bias Cut Top In Emerald Colour

I'm fairly confident it would fit a 10 as I'm more often a 10 than an 8 but I'm not 100% sure about the bust, I would think yes, I don't have a large bust but it's slightly too big for me around the chest, I had to tape it to hold it in place but again, I couldn't say for certain but I think so. Sorry I wish I could give a more definitive answer for you!
