in very good condition 100% cashmere full RRP for Johnsons of Elgin Cashmere dresses is around $1k xs, material does have stretch but suggest 6-smaller 8 skater style skirt from the waist note area of loose stitching pictured, this is about 2cms only and on the inside seam only, would be a very easy fix with a few stitches . flat measurements below underarm to underarm 39cm waist 32cm length 104cm
