I've had lots of wear from this fun skirt, still in excellent condition with falts., I purchased this on trade me along time ago as near new condition. It's a roomy size 12, maybe could possibly fit 14 due to its elastic stretch waist band,full skirt.,falls sort of tulip way its stitch3d at hem.falls nicely comfy to wear.
