hi there just wondering how long this is? and it labelled a size 14?

is size 14 but the buckles allow you to tighten or loosen off and not do the zip up totally if you want to. The length is 880.00 on me 5.7 it is lower calf on me.

I think it would as elastic at the back and can pull in the buckles on the side. it falls beautifully
