Hi there yes it is. I’m a 10 and I tried the 8 but was a bit too tight across the back when I reached my arms out, and a bit too fitted when I did the button up across the front. 10 was a perfect fit for me

Would need to be pretty close to asking price as I paid full price and only wore once for a short amount of time to an event. Thanks
