This is such a beloved piece but I bought it when I was breakup skinny and have only worn once as now can’t fit it. Amazing scuba-type fabric that sits so beautifully and swings out when you twirl. High waisted , best for a 10 or smaller 12. I love it , give it a nice life because it’s been sitting in my wardrobe ! Make an offer !!
