Please note gold had increased by $1278.00 US an ounce since the valuation in 2023 A stunning 18 carat yellow gold with 2 electric Lightning Ridge Opals in greens and bright sapphire blues of very good quality and 1 central rectangle opal of blues and mauves and green colours . Fully hand crafted ( not made in moulds like a lot of Jewellery) and finished by hand , this ring was commissioned by me and made to a unique Byzantien design The gold is bright yellow and 18 carat and is a size M I am selling as it holds no sentimental meaning any longer and I don’t use it . Valuation has been done in 2023 for $2500 and its value has risen in the last two years as per the increase in the base gold price ( full valuation papers available) and would cost $5000 plus to replace , gold is always a great investment and will keep gaining in value . The opals are also special hand cut and expensive to replace as Lightning Ridge opals are some of the most expensive in the world . Again the opals are not perfect as have some slight scratches to the tops through wear but nothing that deflects from their brilliant colours and it was re polished recently so the ring has come up beautifully! There is some wear in the ring as 18carat is a soft gold so it’s not perfect but it’s stunning ! A great gift or gift for yourself
