Decluttering hence selling. Measurements: Shoulder 15 in x 2 = 30 inches circumference when worn. Waist 12-13 in ( 24-25 in ) = my waist is 24.5 inches for reference Hips 17 in x 2 will give you an estimated 34inches hip measurement - as a base circumference. My hips is 34inches. The dress has a flared style by the hip area as you can see in the photos provided. Length 32 inches. Just a tip: this is well suited for petite and fit body type. Hope this helps.
