Hi. Unfortunately, no care tag with this one so I can't confirm what it's made of. Might be a shot satin feeling Polyester maybe. Sorry I can't help you more.

Buttons are on the right side and EU size 50 especially if Italian indicates this is a large man shirt. The sizing would equates to NZ man L size. Please confirm is this men or women shirt?

Sorry. I got this in a lot of clothing from a friend and used it as a women's shirt ,oversized. I shall change this listing to a mens listing. I wear men's tshirts as they are roomier and a nicer fit .

If this is men shirt, then the size 50 is neck circumference.
