Can fit waist/hips up to 96cm (38 inches) although note you need to make an allowance for the layers underneath. Fits my size 16 waist pretty well at the max length, hook can be linked to any link so could fit any size smaller than that. Unsure if it is just plastic, or acetate/acrylic/something else? Presume 1970s but also could be earlier. Great condition. Note the hook had some paint on when I took the photo but i have scraped most of it off.
