No damages, just not carrying my laptop as I leave it at work so bag has been unused for a while now. Excellently accommodated my 13in Macbook, charger and a notebook, sometimes even my wallet. There is also an outside pocket with a velcro snap for small things like Hop card, keys, etc. Took snaps of insides of the bag which has a black lining. Please note hardware/metal have some scratches. WIDTH = 14in LENGTH = 11in THICKNESS = 1in ADJUSTABLE HANDLE LENGTH = 51in max from metalware to metalware Reasonable offers are welcome :)
