Brand new with tags. Amazing dress by Alex Perry’s ALX Label which he started to appeal to a younger audience. No longer produced. Has velvet type bows on the shoulders and a drape of fabric going down each arm. Amazing dress but never had an occasion to wear it and now not my style. Unfortunately my phone was unable to capture this clearly, so ask me anything.
