Hi..it is 60% cotton 40% polyester Yes easily work for a 12..it’s great on me as a 10-12 Thks

Thanks Ros. are sleeves dropped raglan style or set in ? I prefer a loose fit for layering. Also the shoulder tabs appear to be on upper arm instead of from mid shoulder across?

The sleeves are dropped more raglan style not set in as in not too structured I’d say..the shoulder tabs start from under the collar heading down off the shoulder if that makes sense ..
