Lululemon Knit Black Cardi with Suede Back Panel

Hi it's quite difficult to see the item in these photos especially with the light and black on black. I can't see the neckline or collar nor if there are any buttons? Is there a lining at all? And is there any pilling on the wool? Is the wool scratchy? Is there any tag with materials listed on it? Thank you
