Gorgeous and fun Vivienne Westwood shorts that have a bloomer shape. Velvet embellishments. I love them but don’t wear them enough. Some very faint signs of wear and a pencil mark on the back that i haven’t tried to get out but am sure will. Looks great with tights underneath as well as bare legs.
