90's Tunic Dress

Cult 90's NZ Designer Cheryl Vullerman was super-cool in the same vein as Zambesi & NomD (at the time). I'm not sure how many of her pieces would still be around. Made in NZ (as everything was then) this was a knee length dress that I wore to a cocktail party 21st, then cut it off to wear over bootcut leggings (as we did, when dresses over pants were last in). The black panels are see-through, there's no fabric label. Says size 12 but it's definitely an 8 (shown on 6-8). Mended below zip at back (shown in pic).
