Green twill fabric wrap skirt with pleats at front, kilt style with black strap ties at the waist and silver toned buckles. Raw edge fraying detail too. Made in New Zealand by Juna Aotearoa from cotton spandex. Tagged size 12, pinned to fit size 6 mannequin. Waist is a bit adjustable but best fits 10-12, small 14. Waist 76cm at smallest to about 86cm while still having enough to wrap. Length 62cm Overall great condition but the inner tie for the wrap only has one side/nothing to tie to so have secured the inner with a safety pin
