Fit-and-flare mini dress, fitted bodice with deep scoop neckline and back, short tulip sleeves, extended tie at back, gathered throughout, zip, hook-and-eye closure, and lined. 100% Cotton. It's super comfortable to wear and instantly glamorous. I couldn't get much wear out of it, but I hope you do! It is an AUS/NZ Size 12 and a US Size 8. I usually wear an AUS/NZ Size 14, and this fit was a little tight in the bust area, but a good fit otherwise. So I would say it's a standard 12 and a small 14.
