In good well-loved condition, have only worn a handful of times to the office. Elastic waistband hasn't been stretched. No stains or piling however there are three tiny faded dots on the back (see last photo) which you can only see if really up close to the fabric. True to a size 12, but the elastic waistband has a lot of stretch so could also fit a size 14.
