This Y2K era Workshop dress got worn to lots of outdoor music & festival-type gigs back in the day (with cowboy boots) and it's time someone else had fun with it. I have just given it a fresh black dye as it was faded and had been in the back of my wardrobe for ages but my daughters don't want it (gen-z baggy tshirt wearers, sadly for me). I think it's 100% cotton, much better quality than something from Glassons (or the dreaded Shein). Says size 8, shown on size 6 in pics). Shoulder ties adjustable.
