Hi, is the waist band elastic? And could you measure how long it is and how wide the waistband is across? Thanks!

apologies for the delay, it is approx 32cm across and does seem to have a bit of elastic but not a huge amount of give. It also has a zip down the side for getting in and out of the skirt. Hope that helps :) Let me know if you have any other q's
