New with tags. Purchased for an event but ended up going with another dress. The sleeves are detachable, the small piece of fabric which keeps the puff sleeves attached has been torn on one of the sleeves (it arrived like this, easy fix to sew another piece of fabric to the puff sleeve in order to wear this dress with the sleeves attached.
