Blue/white flowered dress

The hem is straight with small side splits. i have turned it inside out but i cannot find a tag with fabric type. I probably removed it as it could have been under the gregory tag which would have itched my neck. It is lined. The fabric has a slight strech but it is not tee shirt material. It is delicate and gorgeous fabric.

Hi, not tight tight but follows the body rounf bust and and waist and hips. There is gathering so very flaterring. Not loose and floaty.
