Hi there sorry I forgot to respond. This would be floor length on someone who is about 165cm with no heels so would suit a range of heights with and without heels to achieve the right length.
I would say it’s a true to size 10 so it could fit an 8 but would be on the slightly larger side. It shouldn’t be too hard to get this taken in professionally though.
