27 waist means 27 inches :) I am an 8/10 and these fit just slightly loose on me

Can you take a picture of the inner tags please? And are they zip or button fly? Thanks!

There is no inner tag, just the outer one. As mentioned above, it says 27 waist, and 30 length. These are zip fly :)
