This top is so cute but its been too all for me for too long.. i bought this off ASOS a few years ago. It ties at the waist with a little button on the inside on the tie waist, balloon sleeve cropped style. There is no give in the fabric so i would say size 10 or 8 would be best, but totally depending on how you would like it to fit.
