Bought this from Max a few years ago, its in great condition, only worn a few times. Navy colour, i would say its water resistant rather than water proof. True to size/depending how you want it to fit, its particuarly tight across the chest/arms if you are any larger than size 10. Side zips and toggles on the hood, there are also two front pockets. Made from really nice feeling materials too
